Cadet Promotion Information And Forms
Take charge of your own development as a leader
Cadets at Northshore Squadron track their achievements and promotions on the official CAP National-Headquarters (NHQ) standard form CAPF66 Cadet Master Record (Outside). This form is to be kept in your squadron cadet file updated regularly. Using this standard form helps cadets learn how to maintain CAP forms which they’ll be using as they progress in leadership.
Your personnel file is your responsibility to maintain and you can access it at any time. If you have any questions about using these forms, contact your flight sergeant.
